Dell Technologies

Dell Technologies is the world's largest private infrastructure company and a primary supplier of server hardware, hyperconverged infrastructure, and storage to enterprise data centres globally. PowerEdge servers are among the most widely deployed x86 server platforms (alongside HPE ProLiant), covering general-purpose compute through GPU-dense AI training configurations. PowerStore (all-flash, block + file), PowerScale (Isilon-derived scale-out NAS), and EqualLogic/MD-Series (SMB) cover the storage portfolio. VxRail — a joint engineering effort with VMware — is one of the most deployed hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms in the enterprise. Dell's acquisition of EMC (2016) created the industry's broadest infrastructure portfolio, which also includes VMware (spun off), RSA Security (divested), and Boomi (divested).
