Zscaler is the pioneer of cloud-native Secure Service Edge (SSE) and the dominant ZTNA replacement for enterprise VPN at scale. Their Zero Trust Exchange — a cloud proxy platform distributed across 150+ globally peered Points of Presence (PoPs) — provides Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA, for SWG/CASB/DLP/firewall) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA, for ZTNA/application access) without deploying hardware at branch sites.
